If faulty or incorrect goods are received, you must notify us in writing at email@example.com within 14 days of the original invoice date for credit or refund to be considered
CHANGE OF MIND:
We understand sometimes things go wrong and you might choose the wrong product. We have been there and we get it. These things happen.
The Gifting Group Pty Ltd will consider any reasonable reason for exchanging the purchased item for a different item on our site, within 7 days of the customer receiving your original purchased order.
Whilst we are happy to accommodate, there are a few conditions.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED:
Our products are made by hand, small imperfections or slight blemishes including differences in shape, size and colour can happen and are part of the charm of a handmade product, is what makes our products unique and should not be seen as a fault.
These imperfections will never affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its ability for use as intended, as such are not considered faults by The Gifting Group Pty Ltd.
Our clips are made from natural products and thus have natural characteristics such as irregularities and variances in colour and texture. These variances are not considered faults by The Gifting Group Pty Ltd.
Being a small business, we personally check each and every order that leaves our warehouse. Sending incorrect or faulty orders is not in our best interest as a business and it certainly doesn’t lead to happy customers.
This means we check the product type, we turn it on and make sure it is working and that you have everything you are supposed to, in your box. We also make sure it is packed in such a way nothing will be damaged in transit.
In saying that accidents can happen, so despite our very best efforts you may receive a faulty order.
Here’s what to do:
You must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org of the fault within 7 days of receiving your items.
Depending on the fault / issue- we will probably give you a call at this point to work out what you want to do.
We reserve the right to make the final decision on this outcome. Obviously, we are in the business of happy customers, so it is always our policy to work with you to get the best outcome and in all genuine cases we will make sure we go above and beyond to right the wrong for the customer. But we are a small business and cannot afford non-genuine faulty claims looking to scam a free gift, so we do reserve the right to assess each on a case by case basis.
We will not refund items damaged due to typical wear and tear, if product has been used, change of mind, courier has delivered late or colour discrepancy (Each computer and device screen displays colours differently)
In some cases, we might ask you to return the item to us for assessment. If we ask you to return the item to us, we will wear this cost.
