Shipping Policy

• We aim to pack and ship all orders within 1 business day, excluding weekends and national and local holidays.
• The courier picks up from us, Monday to Friday, but not weekends. 
• Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
• If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at support@theoriginalwishingtree.com.
• We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

• We CAN NOT deliver to Post Office Boxes or Parcel Lockers.  Please only supply a physical address that you are able to access for collection of your order.
  
• Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address.
• We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address and it is delivered back to us, we will happily arrange to resend your order (at your cost),  or offer you a refund less shipping and handling costs.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer FREE standard domestic shipping for all orders shipped within Australia.

Within Australia, we use Australia Post or Aramex to get your order to you.   Based on their published delivery time frames  orders will reach anywhere in Australia within 7 business days, but we like to say 10 days to be sure. 

We are based in Brisbane, so as a rule of thumb orders being sent to delivery addresses in Queensland should be received sooner, than orders being shipped to more regional areas within Australia that may take the full 10 business days.

COVID-19 is causing delivery chaos for everyone, and we are not unique in this situation, so whilst we will promptly prepare and send your Wishing Tree once it leaves us, the delivery timeframes are out of our hands somewhat.

That being said, if you have not received your order and it has been more than 7 business days, please reach out to us so we can assist you. 

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

We ship to New Zealand & USA only, at this stage.

We use Australia Post or Aramex to get our International Orders to their destination.  Based on their published delivery time frames orders you can expect the transit time to be between 10 to 20 days.   

COVID-19 / Extreme weather events/ Ukrianian War  is causing delivery chaos for everyone, and we are not unique in this situation, so whilst we will promptly prepare and send your Wishing Tree,  once it leaves us, the delivery timeframes are out of our hands somewhat.  

That being said, if you have not received your order and it has been more than 15 business days, please reach out to us so we can assist you. 

*packages may be charged import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges.
